Common pitfalls
- ⚠Duplicate serial or smudged signature → raise it at the counter; once you leave, you must refile
- ⚠The seal must feel raised and crisp — pale seals get rejected by receiving embassies
- ⚠Count the sealed pages against the filed count before signing the release

- 💡Photograph the seal with flash as insurance for later verification with MFA
- 💡Apostille output gets an extra holographic sticker (mandatory since 25 Dec 2025)

Yes — send a PoA plus a copy of the holder's ID; NYC's runner can also collect.

File form KT.05 (correction request) — THB 100 fee, 1 working day.
