Thailand document, translation and visa consulting — English service desk
Most Thai documents used abroad follow the same chain: obtain a certified copy from the issuing authority, have it translated by an identifiable translator, then legalise it through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, where required, the destination embassy or the apostille route.
Our team has spent 15+ years acting as a consultant, not just a document runner: we review source documents, sequence every certification step and follow the file through to the receiving authority.

How the process works
- 1. Document review
Send scans first. We confirm whether the copies you hold are acceptable or must be re-issued at source.
- 2. Certification mapping
We decide which chain applies: certified translation only, Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, embassy legalisation or apostille.
- 3. Translation and preparation
Specialist legal translators keep names, numbers and case references identical to the original.
- 4. Filing and follow-up
We submit, track and report progress, and handle clarification requests raised by the authority.
- 5. Delivery
You receive a checking file first, then the physical set by courier in Thailand or abroad.
What to watch out for
- Requirements differ by receiving authority; always confirm the exact wording they ask for before ordering certifications.
- Many authorities only accept documents issued or certified within the last three to six months.
- A translation without identifiable translator details is often rejected as an uncertified translation.
- No provider can guarantee an approval decision — what we control is completeness, consistency and correct sequencing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients who are outside Thailand?
Yes. Most files run on scans plus a power of attorney. We tell you at the outset which items genuinely need original hard copies.
How long does a full legalisation chain take?
It depends on the issuing office and the destination. A straightforward personal document is usually a matter of days, while court or corporate files with multiple certifications take longer. We give a case-specific estimate before starting.
How is pricing handled?
Every case is quoted individually based on page count, language pair, certification chain and delivery destination. We confirm the full scope before any work begins.
Can you guarantee that my application will be approved?
No provider can. Approval sits with the reviewing authority. We take responsibility for the completeness, accuracy and correct sequencing of the documents we prepare.
Which languages do you translate into?
English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and the major European languages, plus regional languages used across mainland Southeast Asia.
What does the consulting element actually include?
Choosing the right route, spotting weaknesses in the file before an officer does, planning the order of certifications, and advising on renewals or follow-up filings.
