Thailand visa consulting for foreigners

Choosing the right Thai visa category matters more than the paperwork itself. We assess purpose of stay, income source and intended duration first, then build the evidence set that matches the category's stated criteria.

Our team has spent 15+ years acting as a consultant, not just a document runner: we review source documents, sequence every certification step and follow the file through to the receiving authority.

Services

How the process works

  1. 1. Document review

Send scans first. We confirm whether the copies you hold are acceptable or must be re-issued at source.

  2. 2. Certification mapping

We decide which chain applies: certified translation only, Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, embassy legalisation or apostille.

  3. 3. Translation and preparation

Specialist legal translators keep names, numbers and case references identical to the original.

  4. 4. Filing and follow-up

We submit, track and report progress, and handle clarification requests raised by the authority.

  5. 5. Delivery

You receive a checking file first, then the physical set by courier in Thailand or abroad.

What to watch out for

  • Criteria change over time; confirm the current requirement before assembling financial evidence.
  • Large unexplained deposits shortly before filing usually attract a request for explanation.
  • Translations lacking full translator details may not count as certified translations.
  • No provider can guarantee approval — the decision rests with the immigration officer or consular officer.

Frequently asked questions

Which visa category fits a remote worker?

It depends on where the income originates and how long you intend to stay. We compare the long-stay categories against your actual circumstances instead of defaulting to the most advertised one.

How far ahead should I start?

Around a month for short-stay categories, and two to three months for work, family or long-stay routes that involve background checks, medical documents or multiple certifications.

Do all Thai documents have to be translated?

Not all. Typically only official documents proving status or relationship, and documents already issued in English can often be used as they are.

I was refused before — can I reapply?

Yes, but the refusal reason should be analysed and addressed first. Refiling the same evidence set usually produces the same outcome.

Can you file on my behalf while I am abroad?

For most preparation stages yes. Certain categories require the applicant to appear, and we confirm that at the assessment stage.

Is a police clearance certificate always needed?

Several long-stay categories require one, and some also require it to be certified. We can run that step inside the same engagement.

What does the consulting fee cover?

Category assessment, evidence planning, document preparation and certification, filing support and follow-up. Quoted per case, confirmed before starting.

Do you guarantee approval?

No. What we control is the completeness and internal consistency of the application and how clearly the case is presented.
