What if my document gets rejected?
If the rejection is due to a NYC+ error, we re-translate for free immediately. If the rejection is due to source-document issues, we advise on the fix and help coordinate.

What are the payment options?
Bank transfer (SCB / KBank / BBL), PromptPay, or in-office. 50% deposit starts the work; final delivery upon full payment.
