How much does Apostille MFA Authentication (add-on) cost?

Can I get a hard copy?
Yes — pickup at our Bangkok Ladprao 95 office, EMS anywhere in Thailand, or DHL Express Australia-wide. Hard-copy delivery is a paid add-on.
How long does Apostille MFA Authentication (add-on) take?
Standard: 5–7 business days. Express: 24 hours. Same-day: submit before 10:00, delivered before 18:00 Bangkok time. Countdown begins once we receive a legible 300dpi scan.
What if my document gets rejected?
If the rejection is due to a NYC+ error, we re-translate for free immediately. If the rejection is due to source-document issues, we advise on the fix and help coordinate.
Will a Thailand-issued NAATI translation be accepted in Australia?
Yes — 100%. DHA, VEVO, VicRoads, universities, Centrelink and Medicare all accept NAATI certified translations regardless of country of origin. The CPN number on the stamp is what they verify. Thai-issued NAATI is typically 3–5× cheaper than in-Australia translations.
What are the payment options?
Bank transfer (SCB / KBank / BBL), PromptPay, or in-office. 50% deposit starts the work; final delivery upon full payment.
