How the process works

1. 1. Document review

   Send scans first. We confirm whether the copies you hold are acceptable or must be re-issued at source.

2. 2. Certification mapping

   We decide which chain applies: certified translation only, Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalisation, embassy legalisation or apostille.

3. 3. Translation and preparation

   Specialist legal translators keep names, numbers and case references identical to the original.

4. 4. Filing and follow-up

   We submit, track and report progress, and handle clarification requests raised by the authority.

5. 5. Delivery

   You receive a checking file first, then the physical set by courier in Thailand or abroad.

What to watch out for

• Requirements differ by receiving authority; always confirm the exact wording they ask for before ordering certifications.
• Many authorities only accept documents issued or certified within the last three to six months.
• A translation without identifiable translator details is often rejected as an uncertified translation.
• No provider can guarantee an approval decision — what we control is completeness, consistency and correct sequencing.
• Certification confirms a signature or a true copy — never the truth of the content itself.
• Signature certification normally requires the signer to appear in person with an original passport.
• Corporate documents also need proof of signing authority, such as an affidavit or company registration extract.
