Q1.Do you handle company registration?
Yes — limited companies, public companies, BOI-promoted entities, foundations and associations. Service fees are quoted per case, with government fees itemised separately, and ongoing accounting, tax and VAT support is available. Confirm official fees with the registrar on the filing date.

We advise on civil, criminal, family, inheritance and labour matters, with particular experience in cases involving foreign nationals. An initial 30-minute consultation is provided free of charge.
Permalink to this questionQ3.What is required to register a marriage with a foreign national?
1) An affirmation of freedom to marry from the home country, translated and legalised. 2) Passport and valid visa. 3) Evidence of prior marital status (divorce decree or death certificate where applicable). 4) Two witnesses. We handle the chain from translation through to accompanying you at the district office.
