Q1.Which countries do you support?
We support applications for the major destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Schengen states, Japan, Korea, China, India and the Gulf states — covering tourist, business, study, work, spouse and residence categories.

We do not publish approval-rate figures. The decision rests solely with the embassy or the destination immigration authority. Our responsibility is the completeness and accuracy of the file and the supporting rationale. If an application is refused, we help analyse the stated grounds and prepare a re-filing or appeal.

Where a refusal is demonstrably caused by an error on our side, our service fee is refunded (government and embassy fees are non-refundable). Where the refusal stems from the applicant's own profile, we provide re-filing consultation at no additional service charge.
